Most works take between four and eighteen months from concept approval to delivery, depending on scale and material. Monumental and architectural commissions are scoped individually and may take longer.
Yes — the design phase includes two rounds of revisions to sketches and scale studies before carving or casting begins. Once the material stage is underway, changes to the core form are limited, but finishing details remain adjustable until the quality review stage.
